1. GUEST SPEAKERS: None Scheduled.
2. Midtown Walking Club Getting Started: We all know our neighborhood is very walkable. Let’s walk it together. The first official meeting of the Midtown Walking Club is this Wednesday at 7pm, at Ritter Park, under the canopy. The group will meet, determine a regular walking schedule, and then get to walking. Have fun!

1. GUEST SPEAKERS: Michael Gardner, Director of Homeownership Preservation, New Directions Housing Corporation. Learn about the Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation Program available for Midtown homeowners. Michael will explain the qualification process and how the program works.
2. Midtown Walking Club Getting Started: At our last meeting, there was overwhelming support for a Midtown walking club. We’ll brainstorm and set the first date to start walking. More info to follow via email.
